  Straight through flange ball valve with high platform is a common type of valve, such as installation can adapt to different installation needs, accessories: pneumatic head, handle (through flange ball valve), hand wheel, electric head, actuator, electromagnetic actuator, roll over actuator, regulator, explosion-proof actuator, signal actuator and so on.

  It has the following characteristics:
  Simple structure, small size, light weight, easy to install and operate.

  Tight and reliable, the sealing surface material of the ball valve is widely used in plastic, good sealing, and has been widely used in the vacuum system.

  Easy to operate, open and close quickly, from full open to full close as long as the rotation of 90 degrees, easy to remote control.

  Easy maintenance, ball valve structure is simple, the sealing ring is generally active, disassembly and replacement are more convenient.

  When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the seat is isolated from the medium, and the medium will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface when it passes through. This reduces the size of the configured actuator. Coupled with a multi-turn electric actuator, the medium can be adjusted and cut off.
 

  Through 360° rotary handle, the ball body which have transfixion cavity and precise manufacture will open or close the valve, reaching the purpose of controlling the flow rate of medium.

Flange connections can improve productivity and safety, and can also reduce the loss of maintenance costs and downtime.

There are various standard valve series can be supplied, they are the DIN standard series,3A standard series, SMS , ISO/IDF , BS/RJT , ASME/BPE standard etc. The constitute elements of ball valve always included: one handle, one ball body with transfixion cavity, valve body, valve central spindle and spindle shaft seal.
