  Hand self integrated double ball valve is a special valve, mainly used to control the flow of medium (such as gas, wave body, etc.) in the pipeline. It consists of two independent ball valves, which are controlled by a drive mechanism. This valve has two control methods, manual and automatic, can be according to the need.

  The working principle of the double ball valve is as follows:

  When the two ball valves are closed, the valve can completely cut off the medium flow and play a cutoff role.

  By controlling the drive mechanism, any ball valve can be opened or closed individually or simultaneously to realize the control of the flow direction of the medium. In the automatic control mode, the double ball valve can achieve automatic adjustment and control by cooperating with sensors, controllers and other equipment. For example, when the pressure and flow parameters in the pipeline change, the double ball valve can automatically adjust the opening of the ball valve according to the signal of the sensor to maintain the stable flow of the pipeline medium.

  Because the double ball valve has two independent spheres, even if one of the spheres fails or is damaged, the other sphere can still work normally, thus improving the reliability and safety of the valve.
